Unifying art and science is the innovative tool needed for raising public awareness by creating public interest.

Engineered from stainless steel and anchored to the seabed, FOCUS is designed to withstand the hundred year storm and all other ocean elements while becoming the epicenter of its own ecosystem, much like the coral head in a reef system. Dr. Lee Harris of the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida created the stability analysis and other engineering requirements.
